how it started.

Disco Kitchen was founded by Daisy in 2022. As a dedicated eater, drinker and feeder, she realised that every holiday or trip she took always ended up in search of one of two things: a good party or a dish that was begging to be eaten. Disco Kitchen ties these two loves together: awesome food and a party spirit. Party food. Think melting 10-hour beef short rib drenched in gravy with a sprinkle of lip puckering lime and chilli.

Everything we serve is hand prepared, right down to our spice mixes and salsas which are all made in-house from scratch. We make next level tacos that are refined enough for a celebration but sufficiently filthy to crave the day after a party. Beef birria tacos we’re looking at you. Crispy, cheesy, comforting.

We look to Mexico, among others, as inspiration for our vibrant and satisfying flavours. Operating from our vintage horsebox, the Disco Kitchen, our small team makes unforgettable, tasty food for sunny festivals, street parties and weddings of the century! Available to hire or keep your eyes peeled for our taco pop-ups and supper clubs.
